How this site handles your information.

Your theme preference

If you switch between light and dark mode, this site saves that preference in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.

Your message draft

The optional draft helper keeps your text only in the current Contact page. It does not send the text to TechInstead, an AI service, or a database. Leaving the page or reloading it clears the draft. “Copy draft” writes your note to your device’s clipboard only when you choose it.

Please leave passwords, financial records, and other sensitive information out of an initial message.

When you choose a channel

The WhatsApp link opens the external service in a new tab. Email opens your email app. The site does not send a message automatically or attach your draft to those links. You decide what to send in the app you choose.

Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. A message you send to TechInstead will be handled in that channel so we can respond to your inquiry.

Website activity

This prototype has no analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies set by the application. A hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, to serve the site.
